Where interiors & home enquiries are lost between the first message and a signed project, the failure tests a working journey must pass and what to measure.

A beautiful portfolio brings enquiries whose style, scope, location, timeline or budget don’t match. Before adding traffic, inspect the handoff: the moment an enquiry needs a named person to act on it. More visitors do not by themselves fix unclear ownership or an unanswered message.

Where the journey breaks
